Willa's Story
Meet Willa

Location; Springdale, AR
DOB: 04/02/2023

Willa is a young, playful girl with a BIG heart and an even bigger love for her people. She’s very puppy-like and absolutely thrives on attention and companionship — a true Velcro dog who wants to be wherever her humans are.

This sweet girl loves to run, play, and be part of the action. She has a higher energy level and will do best with an active family who can give her multiple walks, playtime, and mental stimulation to keep her happy and out of trouble.
Willa is fully housetrained and rides great in the car. She’s currently working on her leash manners and is doing really well — she’s attentive, doesn’t pull, and is eager to learn. Like many young dogs, she’s still figuring out boundaries. Shoes are her favorite “toy” if left out, and she does like to chew when unsupervised, so she needs to be crated when home alone. She also has some separation anxiety, but she’s made huge progress in a sturdy crate setup and continues to improve every day.

She currently lives with two large dogs (a Rottweiler and a Lab mix), and after slow introductions, she’s now happily playing with both of them. She may enjoy having another confident dog in the home to help continue building her confidence.

Willa has been around children as well. She does well with a 5-year-old, but younger toddlers can make her a little nervous because of their quick movements. She’s curious and interested, just still learning.
With new adults, Willa can be a bit reserved at first, but once she warms up, she becomes incredibly loving and loyal. She’s only been in foster care for a few weeks and is already making wonderful progress and showing more of her personality every day.

Willa is looking for a patient, active home that understands young dogs need guidance, structure, and consistency. In return, you’ll get a fun, affectionate companion who just wants to love and be loved.

If you’re looking for a sweet shadow to join your adventures, Willa may be your perfect match

🐾 All donation options, adoption applications, and important links are now in one place: https://linktr.ee/Srgdrr

If donating, please note who or what your donation is for.
