She does well with other dogs and mostly ignores cats. Because of her timid personality, she would do best with older children who understand how to give her space and patience.<br/><br/>Willa is still learning that leashes are safe, so she will require a securely fenced yard to help keep her comfortable and safe while she continues to build confidence <br/><br/>Due to a suspected history of neglect, Willa unfortunately tested positive for heartworm disease. She is looking for a foster-to-adopt home willing to bring her to a vet clinic in Plymouth for her treatment appointments.
