Wilhelmina’s FAQs

What is Pitt Friends’s adoption process?

The first step is our adoption application, which is available online at www.pittfriends.com or https://linktr.ee/Pitt_Friends. If your application is approved, the foster family will arrange a meet & greet at a mutually agreeable time and place. We do not have a shelter facility so our animals live in foster care full time. Our adoption fee is $200, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, deworming, and any other medical care that is required prior to adoption. Home check and vet check are required prior to adoption. Each animal has different needs so if one particular animal is not the right fit for your home, we may be able to recommend another that is a better match.
