A new day, a new dog intake. One of our long time fosters received an urgent call from a neighbor, there was a dog that needed a new home ASAP. Meet Wilbur. He is a 9 year young, 12 lb Shihtzu boy. He has a “Dog"tor appointment on Tuesday and while we wait on that, we are getting to know him.
