Please meet Whispy. He is believed to be a Boxer Mix and certainly needing a whole lot of clover to land in!!! He has come to us very much in need of a better home, more snuggles and a whole lot of love.<br/><br/>Whispy is about a year old, will be neutered as part of his adoption and believe it or not heart worm negative - YAY!!! <br/><br/>He is HAPPY letting you know with an exuberant bark, full body tail wag and then a boop on the nose that his life has now turned a corner and he is ready for new adventures. We do not know how he is with other dogs cats or kids so lets learn together.

We are a first come, first to adopt shelter. If you plan to come meet one of our adoptable dogs, we suggest that all family members come along, including the four legged ones.

The Geauga County Dog Shelter takes in stray dogs throughout Geauga County. By law we have to hold a dog three business days - or 72 hrs - before we are able to adopt them into new loving homes.
