Whiskey's Story

Whiskey is a beautiful, loyal young girl who LOVES to play fetch.

She will be 2 years old in August. She came to us when she was only 5 weeks old, with her emaciated mama and many siblings.

At around 3.5 months old she was fostered and then adopted by a family. Unfortunately life changed for her owners and they wanted her to have a family that could spend more time and do more activities with her.

Her short but very soft fur is varying colors of caramel and Whiskey, which is why her family named her Whiskey (I think.) I'm hoping an endearing nickname will come to mind soon.

Whiskey has always lived with other dogs, loves to play with toys but especially balls, she's good on a leash, really good listener, and stays with her person. She's affectionate and will give kisses when asked, but not overly cuddly or needing affection.

Probably ok with cats, she gets excited and chases them but they run and hide, so she's never been right with them. But she is not ab aggressive dog whatsoever.

Whiskey would be great for a person or family that enjoys walks/hikes, and playing fetch. I think she will love water, she loves to jump and catch the ball in the air, she would probably love a dock on the water! She would also be amazing at Agility training.

Whiskey is a very special girl and we don't want her to get shuffled around, so this next adoption we want to be sure it's the right fit for her.

We want to see her happy with a person or family that will want to have fun throwing the ball for her, taking walks and going on weekend hikes or swims.

Please fill out an application or email us with any questions!

application: https://airtable.com/appV5pXp3DhFrF6ih/shrx6XhGytB9TIrE6

email: pawsitiveconnection2023@gmail.com
