He enjoys walks, chasing a ball in the yard, and relaxing nearby while his people work or watch TV. He sleeps soundly all night next to his people and can be left home alone for a few hours without any trouble.<br/><br/>Weston can be a little cautious with new people and new places, but once he trusts you, he's incredibly loving and loyal.<br/><br/>He enjoys other dogs but does best with clear boundaries around food, toys, and high-energy play. Because of this, he'd thrive either as the only dog in the home or with a calm, compatible canine companion. Weston would do best in a home with older children.<br/><br/>His ideal family is looking for more than a pet — they're looking for a best friend. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
