He doesn't understand why he has been repeatedly looked over when his new friends are adopted.<br/><br/>West is a handsome 3-year-old male Rottweiler mix, currently weighing 45 pounds. West is food-motivated and very active, and would do fantastic in a home with lots of training and learning new tricks. West loves meeting new people and would love a person of his own that is willing to give him the extra attention he needs while acclimating to a new home.
