We review applications in the order received and will reach out with any follow-up questions. **2) Screening & conversation** We’ll contact you to discuss your lifestyle, home environment, pets, and what you’re looking for. This helps us confirm fit and recommend the best match. **3) Meet & greet** If approved, we schedule a meet-and-greet (and for current dogs, a dog-to-dog introduction when needed). Some meet-and-greets may be held at a foster home, boarding facility, or event. **4) Approval & adoption details** Once everyone is comfortable, we finalize the adoption. This includes a signed contract, adoption fee, and confirmation of pickup/transition details. **5) Go-home day + support** Your new family member goes home, and we remain available for guidance as your dog settles in.
