A Good Samaritan alerted law enforcement and shelter staff.<br/><br/>Wayne’s injuries were minor - thankfully! <br/><br/>Wayne is fully vetted and ready to go HOME!. <br/><br/>This a striking dog, with light blue eyes and an outgoing personality .Wayne will need a fenced in yard, and someone who will invest some brine training him. He is smart, athletic, and plays well with other dogs.
