Waylon's Story

Hey there, I’m Waylon! I’m a 1-year-old male Lab/Golden Retriever mix, weighing about 50 pounds, and I’ve got a big heart and an even bigger love for adventure. I’m an active, fun-loving guy who lives for running, playing, jumping, and chasing the ball — if there’s room to move, I’m in my element.

I do absolutely amazing with other dogs of all sizes and love to play and tussle with my canine friends. I’m happiest when I’m around people and would much rather be by your side than hanging out in a kennel. While I don’t try to destroy anything when kenneled, I will let you know I’d prefer to be out with you — companionship is my favorite thing.

I get along wonderfully with everyone I meet and thrive in an environment where I can burn off energy and then settle in for some quality time. I would do best in a home with someone who enjoys being active — hiking, long walks, outdoor adventures, and playtime would be a dream come true for me.

I will come neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic companion who’s always ready for the next adventure, I might just be your perfect match. My adoption fee is $500.

Please apply to adopt me here:
https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/697f7fdb89b23696da0f16e4

———

If interested, please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder.
