He is about 2 months old and 5 lbs, this tan-coated cutie is already showing his brave, playful side. He loves to play with stuffed animals that are bigger than his body. He's the biggest pup of his litter mates but he's still a small boy and he has personality for days.<br/><br/>**Wavey’s Details:<br/>• Breed: Mini Pinscher / Chihuahua / Sato mix<br/>• Age: ~2 months<br/>• Weight: 5 lbs<br/>• Gender: Male<br/>• Temperament: Playful, curious, affectionate, calm ( not a big barker at all )<br/><br/>He loves exploring new spaces, following people around, and playing with his siblings. Once he’s had his fun, he’s all about curling up for a cozy nap next to you.<br/><br/>He’s expected to grow into a small-to-medium adult, around 20 - 30lbs. <br/><br/>Wavey is socialized with both humans and other pups ( big and small) He's learning about trust, play, and routine. He’s eager to bond and will make a loyal companion for someone who wants a sweet, adventurous pup by their side.<br/><br/>Wavey was rescued with his siblings at BQN Beach in Northern Puerto Rico after being found abandoned in a black plastic container with a handwritten sign reading “free.” His mom and dad are unknown, but his resilience shines through every day.<br/><br/>**Wavey is:<br/>*Vaccinated ( up to date for his age ) <br/>*Dewormed ( rescue protocol )<br/>*Heart worm & Flea / Tick preventative (NexGard+)<br/>*Socialized with other pups & humans<br/>*Ready for travel off the island to meet his adopter<br/><br/>He’ll fly out with one of our amazing volunteer flight angels — a wonderful program where travelers flying from Puerto Rico to the States bring rescue pups to their new families. Rescuing a dog from the Island truly saves their lives and provides them with a loving home they would not be able to receive otherwise.<br/><br/>We try to keep our adoption fees as low as possible to make it easier for families to adopt, while ensuring each pup receives proper care, vaccinations, and safe travel.
