He was adopted again by someone living in an apartment, where he spent up to 12 hours a day locked in a kennel. Thankfully, her mother knew he deserved better and reached out for help — which is how Walter found his way to our rescue.<br/><br/>Walter is currently in a rescue run by an incredible woman who is 70 years young and caring for multiple dogs. She adores him, but knows Walter would truly shine in a home where he can get constant interaction, attention, and involvement in daily life.<br/><br/>Walter isn’t quiet. He isn’t boring.
