What is Lake Country SPCA’s adoption process?

Complete an adoption contract and pay the adoption donation. If the animal is under 6 months of age you will be responsible for getting the animal spayed/neutered and provide proof. This is a Virginia State Law!!

What is Walter’s adoption fee?

Is Walter good with kids?

Walter is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Walter good with other animals?

Walter is good with other dogs. It is not known if Walter is good with cats.

When can I meet Walter?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Walter?
