Meet Walter! ? Walter is a 2-year-old Pug mix who’s as sweet as he is shy. This little 17-pound guy is still learning how to “dog” — everything is new and exciting to him, but he’s taking it all in with curiosity and heart. He’s a bit timid at first, especially with new experiences like leash walks, but with time, patience, and gentle encouragement, he’s sure to gain confidence. Walter gets along great with his fellow shelter companions and loves treats and bones — the way to his heart is definitely through snacks! Walter just needs a loving person or family who’s willing to give him the chance to blossom. With kindness and time, this little guy will make an amazing, loyal companion. ??
