Walter's Story
Walter is a very sweet, loving, calm boy. We think he's 6 years old, possibly older. He came in to animal control as a stray so we have no history on him. Walter is red with a docked tail and natural ears that almost stand on their own.

Walter is in a foster home with a calm female Doberman and he gets along great with her. We think he would do well with a canine companion who has a similar calm temperament. There is also a cat in his foster home but he chases her enough that we are not comfortable placing him into a home with a cat. When we got Walter he was somewhat weak in his back end, but he has since gained muscle in his legs and is much stronger.

Walter is so well behaved in the house. He is very well housebroken and crate trained. He is easy to handle and bathe. He is happy just to hang out with his people and enjoys going for walks.

Walter has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He has had a dental cleaning, and we removed a wart from his lower eyelid. Walter's adoption fee is $250. His adopter must live within an hour's drive of Atlanta, give or take a little. I
