Wally's Story

Meet Wally

Blue eyes, a scruffy wire coat, and the coolest laid-back personality... Wally is one handsome dude!

When Wally first arrived at the shelter, he wasn't quite sure what to make of all the new faces and unfamiliar surroundings. He was reserved and kept to himself, but little by little, he's starting to realize that the people here are pretty great.

These days, you can find Wally exploring the yard, checking out his surroundings, or simply hanging out near the volunteers. He's even joined some play groups and has done well with his dog friends!

Wally isn't quite ready to show us all his cards yet. He hasn't been too interested in toys or treats, but he's becoming more comfortable with people and letting his personality peek through a little more every day. He keeps his kennel clean and walks well on a leash.

Wally would love a home with someone who understands that the best friendships sometimes take a little time to build. Give him patience, let him come to you, and you may just discover your new best friend.

Wally is neutered, vaccinated, and ready for his furever home.

Come meet this blue-eyed, wire-coated chill dude and see if you're the person he's been waiting to trust.
