Walker Red Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Madras, OR

Walker came in as stray and sadly was not claimed. He came in with Toothless, another stray who was not claimed as well. He is a heeler mix, about 58 pounds and about a year and a half old. Very friendly and loves to play and interact with other dogs thro the fence line in the play yards. Somewhat food motivated and toy motivated. He does well with his roommate Toothless and does not fence fight with other dogs. He has done a meet and greet with a few other dogs and does great. We have not tested him with kids or cats as of now.. He is not quite ready to go yet but a $25 non refundable deposit can hold him until he is ready to go and that fee goes towards his adoption fee. If you are local, you may qualify for out foster to adopt program.

before applying for adoption. Once we receive your application it will be gone through and then you will be called to schedule a meet and greet.
