Waldo's Story

Hello, I’m Waldo! As in “where’s Waldo”. I was found as a stray. I’m under a year and already 70 pounds of floppy dog. I am a tricolor Walker Hound. I like people, most other dogs and children but I haven’t met a cat yet. I’m learning to walk on a leash but like to play with it and go in circles. I don’t like car rides yet, I get sick, and gun fire scares me. I love to be petted, to chew on my food bowl, chew my bones and shred toys; after all, I'm still a puppy doing normal puppy stuff. I've never had anyone to teach me anything...ever. But I can learn. I just need someone to love me enough to show me what to do and to keep me safe so I'll never be alone and lost again.
