Vought's Story

Vought is a 4-year-old Terrier mix weighing approximately 35 pounds. This sweet mama has already done the hardest job of all--raising ten puppies after being found as a stray in California.

Now that her puppies are growing up, it's finally Vought's turn to be cared for and loved. Despite her difficult past, Vought has a gentle, affectionate nature. She enjoys being around people and is ready to leave survival mode behind in exchange for the comfort and security of a forever home.

Vought is the kind of dog who will appreciate the simple things in life: a soft bed, regular meals, a daily walk, and a family she can call her own. After spending so much time caring for her puppies, she deserves a chance to relax and enjoy being someone's beloved companion.

As she settles into home life, Vought will continue building confidence and learning that the world can be a safe and predictable place. With patience, kindness, and consistency, she is sure to blossom.

Vought is looking for a family that will appreciate her sweet spirit and give her the happy ending she has earned. If you're searching for a loyal companion with plenty of love left to give, Vought may be the perfect match.

Before adoption, all Boxers and Buddies dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped. All dogs are fostered in a foster home where they are treated like family - practicing socialization skills.

After submitting an application, our team will contact you within 24 hours. The adoption process includes an interview, home check, and meet-and-greet. All household dogs must attend the meet-and-greet. Renters must provide proof that dogs are permitted by their lease, and adopters are required to complete a training course with a certified positive reinforcement trainer. We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
If you are interested in meet or adoption me, please fill out an adoption application athttps://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sa3058&method=online_form_html&formid=41
