He's affectionate, loves attention, and has that gentle sweetheart temperament that makes everyone fall in love with him.<br/><br/>Volo is a small, portable-sized cuddle buddy, and his only vocal moment is a cheerful bark at dinnertime. He just gets excited for his meals!<br/><br/>He is currently being fostered in Paso Robles, CA and is eligible for our Sanctuary Program.
