She is a 20 lb petite, 2 year old Frenchie who is so eager to find her forever home! To no fault of her own Vera was owner surrendered as they had no time for her. Unfortunately, because they did not spend time with her during those first two crucial years, she did not get the full training you would expect and is a little behind the 8 ball! BUT being only 2, she is still a baby and is so ready for a family to teach her all that she needs to know about potty training, house manners, leash walking, socializing with other dogs and all of the things that make life fun! <br/><br/>Vera is very affectionate and loveable and loves nothing more than to sit/lay with her person and be petted and loved on. She is very good in a crate and sleeps there quietly at night. Vera has the famous" Frenchie wiggle" and does get overly excited at just about anything! She loves to race around and play with toys (and yes, sometimes with things she shouldn't be playing with). She needs a good routine with being taken out regularly for her potty breaks and has shown good improvement with such a routine. She is fine with other dogs when they are nice to her but can show some "small dog dominance" if she is challenged. <br/><br/>Cats are unknown but usually the cat can do their own training when a dog joins the family! Vera has been practicing leash walking but because she is always so happy and excited, she says it's so darn hard but with proper training we are sure she can get there! <br/><br/>If you are falling in love with this chocolate/brindle little cutie and willing to give her time and patience to teach her things she would love to learn she is sure to become your very best cuddle bug! <br/><br/>Somewhere out there, her forever family is about to meet a little French Bulldog who will change their lives - one snort, one wiggle and one perfectly timed cuddle at a time.<br/><br/>Vera's adoption fee is $550.
