MEET VISTA - Full of energy but willing to chill<br/><br/>Are you looking for a smart, active, loving dog who wants to please? Is having a dog-friendly dog high on your list? Are you looking for a dog with a great recall? Vista could be the girl for you!<br/><br/>Vista is a 1 and a half year old smooth coated Border Collie, white with black markings. She is about 30lbs. Vista grew up on a cattle ranch but wasn't working out for the owners herding program. She wants to herd, but on her own terms! She can be herdy around people so would probably be best in a home without small children. We have not seen any aggression from Vista.<br/><br/>Vista would love to go to a new home where she could learn some new activities, perhaps agility or hiking. Vista knows lay down and has a great recall. She is leash trained, kennel trained, crate trained and was started on sheep. Vista was not house broken when she came to HUNAH, but she hasn't had a single accident with her foster. She is smart and ready to learn! <br/><br/>VISTA DOES WELL WITH:<br/> Other dogs Vista grew up around other dogs. She is comfortable and happy with both male and female dogs. She did very well when a puppy came to visit at her fosters house.<br/> Livestock Vista grew up around cattle and has some sheep herding experience. <br/><br/>VISTA WOULD NEED HELP WITH:<br/> Cats and horses Fast movement excites Vista. She did not have experience with cats and horses in her original home. <br/> Sound sensitivity Vista is a sensitive girl who is learning to be comfortable in new environments. <br/><br/>THE REST OF THE IMPORTANT DETAILS<br/>Vista was recently spayed, microchipped, and brought up to date on her vaccinations.
