Viper's Story

Meet Viper, a charming 9 year old, male Chihuahua with a heart of gold. Viper and his mom, Sadie Mae, found themselves in our care after their beloved owner sadly passed away. Despite this Viper has shown nothing but affection, friendliness, & cooperation with the volunteers. The rescue team noticed a mass on Viper's tail and it was evaluated and recently removed by our veterinarian. Viper is currently recovering beautifully in a loving foster home. His foster mom reports Viper genuinly loves every single stranger he meets at his foster home. He gets along wonderfully with the other dogs and appears to enjoy their company. He loves spending time playing outside, soaking up sunshine & exporing the yard. When its time to wind down Viper has a sweet habit of tucking himself into bed and covering up with a blanket. Viper is neutered, & current on vaccines. He will potty outside but he is also pee-pad trained indoors in case he does not make it outside in time. We would love to find a forever home where Viper & his mom, Sadie Mae, can stay together. However we know the perfect home is what matters most, so Viper can also be adopted by himself if it is the right match. For more information & to meet Viper please contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center ( kennel license # 8704 )
