Violet is a nervous girl in need of a special person to give her space to be herself. She is extremely affectionate and well mannered, but we can tell that the stress of the shelter environment is keeping us from seeing her true personality in all its glory! She is pretty reactive with other dogs, which we think is why she is so unhappy here. When she has some quiet time away, she is playful, snuggly, and sweet with her favorite person. She is beautifully crate trained, potty trained, and walks sooo politely on her leash. She likes to give gentle hugs and kisses, and is trustworthy with cats and kids. She would be a great fit for so many families, she just needs someone to give her the chance!
