Vinny's Story
Cat Friendly

We have to help Vinny stand out so he doesn't blend in with the rest of the mob. He's not your cousin, but he definitely could become part of your family.

Why should you consider a 1-year-old dog like Vinny instead of a younger pup? Because he already follows commands like sit, kennel, down, come and paw. He's also good on a leash, crate-trained, and house-trained. So, you don't have to start from square one, but he's also young enough to mold right in as a part of your gang. He weighs about 50 lbs., and he's a pittie mix, possibly with Mastiff.

Toys? Did someone say toys? He loves them all! If you have it, he'll play with it. Vinny loves to get out and play and likes to take a walk. But he also doesn't mind chilling on the couch or snoozing away while his foster people work from home. He sleeps well all night in his crate.

He can be goofy and will make you smile. He rolls on his back and sprawls out and makes himself comfortable. Vinny plays well with other dogs, and he gets along with cats.

Vinny needs people who will help him learn it is okay to trust people but also respect his boundaries. He can be shy or leery at first, so a little space and patience will help him feel at home. He should live with kids 10 or above who will give him space when he needs it.

Do you think you could find a handsomer guy than this? Fuhgeddaboutit! Vinny is your dude.

He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. His adoption fee is $175.
