What is Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue’s adoption process?

Our dogs are in foster homes throughout Philadelphia, Delaware and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.  We adopt to people in any state as long as your application is approved.  WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. Check out our website: www.diamondsintheruffdogrescue.com We do not have a physical shelter.  All of our dogs are in foster homes so there's no where that you can visit our dogs, except for our events that you can find on www.diamondsintheruffdogrescue.com or www.facebook.com/diamondsintheruffdogrescue

What is Victor’s adoption fee?

Victor is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Victor is good with other dogs. Victor is not good with cats.
