Meet Venus! <br/><br/>Venus is a beautiful 1-year-old pittie mix weighing around 50 pounds, and she is basically sunshine in dog form! This sweet girl loves EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. She is incredibly submissive and happiest when she's with her people or playing with her foster siblings.<br/><br/>Venus loves to zoom around the yard, so a fenced-in yard where she can safely run and burn off some of that playful energy would be her dream! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, has done great with kids, and is also cat-friendly. She would be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, but she sure does love having doggy friends to play with too!<br/><br/>And when playtime is over? Venus is all about her people. She is the sweetest girl, loves attention, and has never met a stranger. She recently met her foster's 3-year-old granddaughter and immediately covered her in kisses! <br/><br/>Venus is house-trained and crate-trained. She doesn't particularly care for having her paws touched, so she won't be winning any awards for giving paw—but she simply says “no thank you”. <br/><br/>Venus will be spayed on October 7th, is up to date on vaccines and is ready to find the family who will love her for a lifetime. She can go to her forever home 9/28.
