Venus's Story

Venus has come a long way from the fearful little dog who once hid in the back of her kennel. Thanks to patient training and lots of love from her human friends, she's now ready to find her forever home.

This 2-year-old Boxer mix weighs 56 pounds and is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she's affectionate, loyal, and loving. Her special thing is the look of pure joy on her face when she sees her special person. Venus walks well on a leash, is good with most other dogs, and is very well-behaved-making her an excellent choice for a family dog.

She's spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations-all she needs now is someone to love her forever.
