Valkyrie's Story

Valkyrie's story began when she was advertised on social media for a small rehoming fee. Our volunteers knew what that could mean, and when we stepped in we discovered she had already been passed through at least four homes in just a few months of her young life. Despite all that instability, Valkyrie has remained a bright, eager pup who is ready to learn and bond with her people.

Valkyrie has the energy you'd expect from a young dog and a strong desire to please. She's already learning her name, sit, come, and stay, and she's picking things up quickly. She is also crate trained and potty trained, which gives her a great foundation for success in her next home.

She loves being around people and thrives when she has structure, activity, and guidance. Valkyrie is a very intelligent dog who will do best with an adopter who enjoys staying active and continuing her training.

While Valkyrie enjoys being around other dogs, she can sometimes be a bit unpredictable in those interactions. We've found she does best with a confident male dog who is comfortable setting clear boundaries and helping her learn appropriate social behavior.

Because of her enthusiasm and energy level, we find that Valkyrie would do best in a home with children over 12.

Valkyrie would thrive in a home that will:
* Provide structure, consistency, and continued training
* Offer plenty of activity and mental stimulation
* Have a confident canine companion who can help guide her

With the right leadership and environment, Valkyrie has all the potential to grow into an incredible companion.
If you think Valkyrie could be the missing piece of your family, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply to adopt:
https://tinyurl.com/BNBAdopt

Before adoption, all Boxers & Buddies dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.
