VALENTINE's Story

Hello! I'm Valentine, and I am beloved by Front Street Volunteers for my friendly personality, short stature, and pizzazz during walks. I have been on Doggie Day Out adventures, and I'm not sure why I'm not adopted yet! Did I mention I'm so over staying at the shelter? Ask to meet with me so we can get to know one another! My Doggie Day Out people gave me a good reference: Friendly with people, semi good listener, loves treats, loves butt pats, loves to wiggle around the grass, takes naps in cars, gets really excited around other leashed dogs, and is super easy to walk on a leash! She would get too excited seeing other dogs around the park and would pull and tug to the point where she would go on her hind legs. Although, it was easy to turn her around and get her to calm down. It was a blast! I couldn’t have asked for a better doggy to take out for the day. She was such an angel with me and her energy was infectious! I would definitely take her out again for the day!
