Crate training has been easy. She likes her crate, puts herself in there, keeps her toys in it, sleeps a ton like a normal puppy, and will let you know when she needs to go out. No guessing.<br/><br/>She’s very food motivated (cheese is elite), rides great in a car kennel, doesn’t care about snow, and already knows some basic commands. She’s happy, confident, and likes being close to her people.<br/><br/>Val also survived parvo, lost her entire litter, and spent six weeks isolated in a shelter. Despite that, she’s come out solid and well-adjusted, which says a lot.<br/><br/>Now the honest stuff:<br/>She will chase cats, so you have to have a plan or a separate space until the excitement wears off.<br/>She plays like a puppy and is still learning boundaries. Any dog in the home should be playful and tolerant of puppy energy.
