Val is a cheerful, playful Chihuahua mix puppy who is growing and thriving in foster care in Terlingua. He has bursts of puppy energy and loves toys, outdoor adventures, and wrestling with his sibling. When playtime winds down, Val enjoys relaxing and soaking up cuddles.<br/><br/>According to his foster, Val is a confident and independent little pup who is mostly quiet but beginning to find her voice. He does well sharing toys and food and can sleep comfortably either with his sibling or independently. Val will stay on the smaller side as he matures. One Tail at a Time - West Texas's Adoption Policy
All OTAT-WTX dogs are well-assessed; most become available for adoption after settling into foster homes where we learn loads about them. With rare exception, our pets are fully vetted before becoming available to adopt. Note that there is $150 minimum adoption fee (for dogs and cats and rabbits; if adopting a pair of kittens, the adoption fee is $200). In case of financial hardship, a minimum number of adoption fees may be waived.
