Thank you for your interest in one of our shelter pets! To continue, please copy and paste the online application into your browser: DOG APPLICATION: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FORS/Dog CAT APPLICATION: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FORS/Cat Please fill out the online application, then schedule of an in-person visit which includes a basic conversational interview to see which animals would be a good match for the potential adopter and a meet & greet with potential pets. All adopters must be 18 yrs of age and provide a photo ID. All members of the adoptive family are encouraged to meet the animal prior to adoption to ensure a good fit. We reserve the right to deny adoptions. All of our shelter pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption (with the exception of puppies who will be spayed/neutered at our cost when they reach appropriate age), up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
