What is Saving Tails Animal Rescue (STAR)’s adoption process?

STAR ADOPTION PROCESS; 1. APPLICATION. Please start by completing an application at ww.savingtailsanimalrescue.org. Please understand that due to all our animals living with foster families, applications must be received and potential adopters must be approved before a meet and greet is scheduled. This is to reduce interruption to the foster and their families. 2. VET CHECK: We will perform a vet check. To help move your application forward faster, contact your vets office and tell them we will be in contact. Current and past animals must be spayed or neutered unless there is a medical reason, and all animals in the home must be current on their shots, and testing. If there is a medical reason why they are not, please include this in the application. 3. HOME VISIT - A quick home visit will be conducted 4. MEET AND GREET - A meet and greet with the animal you are interested in will be set up, and can possible be set up at the same time as the Home Visit. If it is a match, we can then process the adoption.
