Tyson's Story

🐾Meet Tyson🐾 Tyson is a 5 year old Australian Shepherd. He is ready to find his furever family! Tyson is up to date on all vaccines, deworming, prevention, is microchipped, and neutered. He is deaf! He was surrendered to us along with 2 of his puppies (who are no longer puppies) and their mom. They were surrendered for personal reasons, nothing to do with Tyson or any of the others! We're told that Tyson does good with kids of all ages, all people, other dogs, cats, is house trained, leash trained, and rides well in a car. We were also told he knows some basic commands in sign language! If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application on our website. Warrick Humane Society's Adoption Policy

The Warrick Humane Society is a no-kill organization. Once an animal is rescued by WHS, it is saved for life. We will not release an animal to another organization that has a policy of euthanasia. In addition, we will only place animals with qualified prospective owners. We do not adopt out dogs or cats that will be kept outside. We only want loving indoor homes for our pets. We do thorough checks on all of our potential adopters before sending them to their fur-ever home. We also require that if you adopt a pet from us and are no longer able to keep it that it be returned to us, so that we can find it a new home.
