Tyson's Story

Tyson is a sweet little guy, born around June 6, 2025. He came to us at about 8 weeks old from a reservation roundup by himself - no other puppies were with him. No clue what happened to his littermates or momma, unfortunately. He is fully vaccinated and has been in foster care for the last few months waiting until he was old enough to be neutered (he now is).

Tyson is definitely on the smaller side for a lab mix, but will likely grow at least a bit more, as he is only about 5-6 months old. He is great with older children, cats, and dogs that are all used to rambunctious puppies. Younger children are probably not a good idea, as he does play bite quite roughly. He is still a young pup, so he does need work on manners. He would do best in a home with another younger dog to play with/keep him company/help teach him the ropes!

His foster family has been working with him on potty-training (he is mostly potty-trained, still has a few accidents every now and then), and tricks. He knows "sit," "lay down," and "kennel!" He is still learning "stay." His foster says its a 50/50 chance on "stay."

*If you are interested in meeting Tyson, please call/text Emily at 701-368-1641. We will have you fill out an adoption application first to make sure you are approved before contacting his foster family and setting up a meet-and-greet!

Interested in adopting Tyson?
