Tyler (Ziggy, Buster) #371's Story

Hello! My name is Tyler and I am a 19-pound, one year old male Bichon Frise mix. puppy. I was brought into the shelter after I was severely injured by a car. Thank goodness BROC came to my rescue. I underwent two major surgeries, lost my tail in the second one and went through a lot of pain. I have recovered well and on my way to a new happy, healthy life. I am very active and love to run around and play like a true "puppy", I love my toys and do still chew on everything I find. I would do best in a home with another pup to teach me "the ropes". My foster mom says I still need some training, we are working on that. I am a sweet guy - smart and affectionate! It takes me a while to trust new humans that come into my life. I would do best in a home with no children in the home. I am loved and well-cared for with my foster family but I am looking for my forever home. I have had a thorough health examination and I’m microchipped. If you have room in your heart and home for me, please complete an adoption application. https://bichonrescueoc.org/adoption-application In the struggle to cope with COVID-19 and its effects on our daily life, it has become necessary to suspend our customary adoption approval process. Scheduling your Home Safety Evaluation and Meet and Greet presents a significant challenge. If you express an interest in adopting this pup, we will make every effort to make that possible. You will be contacted to schedule a telephone interview and details of the current approval process will be explained.
