Tyler's Story

Abandoned with a Broken Heart:(<br/><br/>Literally, this sweet but confused senior was brought to animal control and never claimed. He doesn't hear or see too well but bonds quickly and is a sweet sensitive boy who loves short walks and attention. His medical work-up revealed a heart murmur and significant heart disease- he's not in heart failure just yet but getting there. He's on 3 medications longterm to hopefully keep that from happening for as long as possible, but we don't know how long that will be. We are hoping to find him a quiet home in which to retire and enjoy whatever quality time he has. He's not too fond of other dogs and would probably prefer to be an only pet or have his own separate area away from others.
