Tyler's Story

<p>Meet Tyler!&nbsp; Tyler is one of 7 Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler (AKA Australian Cattle Dog)&nbsp; mix puppies that were surrendered to the local county pound.&nbsp; He is about 3-4 months old and currently weighs about 25 lbs making him the biggest of the litter.&nbsp; Tyler was very shy when first rescued from the local pound with his siblings but he is gaining confidence and starting to really enjoy human company.&nbsp; These pups were born into a semi-wild condition and did not have a lot of early human interaction.<br /><br />Tyler gets along with other dogs though can be intimidated by large dogs.&nbsp; Cats are unknown.&nbsp; He has a spectacular, multi-colored merle coat with tan, black and white markings with a unique black triangle on the top of his head.&nbsp; He is one of a kind!&nbsp; He is starting to walk very well on the leash, not pulling, walking quietly beside you.&nbsp; With love and proper training, Tyler should make a great pet who will do best with regular exercise and some job to challenge him.&nbsp; Wouldn't you love to help this little guy out?&nbsp; For more information, please call the Bedford Humane Society at 540-586-6100.</p>
