Twyla is a happy, social girl who is very curious and enjoys burying her head into the deep snow to root out anything she can find. Twyla responds well to praise and is very food motivated making it easy to teach her new behaviors. She loves belly rubs and will lay back and close her eyes in the process! One of Twyla's favorite pastimes is to run and play with her "Chuck-it" ball and then come inside to lounge around. She is very sweet and gentle, but being the XL girl that she is, Twyla can be a lot of dog to handle when excited! She needs a home with people who are active so she can stretch her long legs and get the exercise she requires to be happy. She is a pretty mellow, laid back canine when she is in the company of people, but when she is left alone she can be very vocal and has shown some anxiety.
