Meet Twinkle! <br/><br/>Twinkle is a 2-year-old Boston Terrier mix and a petite little girl with a gentle heart. She was found as a stray with her friend Chester, but when the officer only had room and supplies for one dog, Chester was taken to the shelter. Twinkle didn’t want to be left behind—she chased the car all the way to the shelter so she could stay with her friend. <br/><br/>Twinkle is still learning that people can be trusted, so she can be shy and nervous with new people and needs a slow, patient approach while she builds confidence. She has been doing wonderfully in foster care and is thriving with her small foster dog sibling. She is working on her potty training. <br/><br/>Once Twinkle opens up, her sweet personality really shines. She is affectionate, friendly, and absolutely loves cuddling on the couch with her people. <br/><br/>Twinkle would do best with a patient adopter who will give her time to decompress and gain confidence, and we believe having a friendly, confident dog in her new home could help her continue to blossom.
