Sweetest Girl Ever!!!<br/><br/>Ms. TUTU( cause she likes to dance) she eventually unwinds. We believe because she was stuck in a crate. TuTu is another Puppymill Mom, that was going to be disposed of, by the Amish. She was obviously neglected and is missing 1 eye. It doesn't stop her and her sweetness. I can only imagine her life prior to being rescued. Tutu is a little shy, but comes around.
