By that time, they are not &ldquo;cute&rdquo;, "small", or very &ldquo;puppy.&rdquo; It is very important that you go to a dog obedience class with your new pet! This will greatly help them and you learn how to properly teach good habits, instill discipline, and learn effective training techniques. Obedience training also helps older dogs who are going into a new home/environment as well! The window of opportunity for establishing good behavior patterns and strategies for both puppy and dog is limited!
