Are you looking for a sweet beagle to join your family? Good, because I am looking for a family of my very own. My name is Tulle, and I just might be the one you're looking for.

I really like to play outside. It's so much fun to smell all the smells and watch all the wildlife. Of course, I also enjoy playing with toys. Who said tearing up toys and blankets isn't playing? I have such a blast doing that! I should mention that I have been known to swallow small pieces of the "prey" I rip apart. I'm not really trying to eat these things, but sometimes when I swallow, tiny pieces of my toy are still in my mouth. That's one of the reasons I need my own family - so they can supervise me to be sure I stay safe.

I am already crate trained and know how to sit on command. I have also been making great progress with my house training. I know that's important to humans. I do get startled when I hear a loud noise. Hey, what was that? Then I move in the opposite direction of the noise. I need to get as far away as possible from the danger.

Sometimes we go for rides in the car. I deal with it, but it does make me a bit anxious. It is just such a new experience being in something that moves so fast. Although I do think in time I could get used to it.

One of my favorite activities is snuggling with my humans. As a matter of fact, I sleep with my foster parents every night. I just love feeling so safe when my people embrace me. I consider cuddling a very important part of life. After a good night's sleep, I know it is time to get up and start the day, so I drape myself across my foster mom to let her know it's morning and time to rise and shine. It's good to wake people gently. During the day I like to fit in some naps between my play sessions. I am happy to just relax in a fluffy bed to recharge my battery.

I hope now that you know a bit about me, you will find me to be a good fit for your family. I know we can have so much fun playing and snuggling. Hope to meet you very soon.

------

B.O.N.E.S. is a foster-home-based rescue organization serving dogs and potential adopters in the New England states. We do not have a shelter. WHO WE ARE B.O.N.E.S. is an all-volunteer organization with a mission to rescue, re-home, and provide necessary medical care to beagles in need throughout the New England Area. We endeavor to improve the quality of life for beagles in New England through outreach and education programs. We do not have a shelter for you to visit; our beagles are in foster homes where we can provide a better evaluation, as well as respond to their individual needs. All of our beagles are temperament tested, spayed/neutered, and up to date with all vaccines. B.O.N.E.S. is always looking for volunteers! If you love beagles and want to help, now is your chance. We need folks to do home visits, transports, be foster homes or help with clerical work. If you are interested in helping beagles and are in the New England area, contact us at: Email: volunteers@bonesbeagles.org ADOPTING A BEAGLE Please visit our web site at http://www.bonesbeagles.org/?page=adopt/process.html#process for an adoption application and for more information on our process! We do not accept applications for specific beagles, but rather do an approval process first. You are then matched with a beagle that meets your lifestyle and family needs. If you agree, you can meet the selected beagle and ensure that it is a match.
