Tula

Tula is an easygoing, affectionate ten-year old girl who came into rescue because of her family's miliary deployment that was impossible to take a family pet. She was deeply loved, and giving her up was a heartbreaker for them.<br/><br/>Tula has the very cheerful and secure personality of a dog that has always been well cared for. She has settled into her foster home very readily, making herself at ease with the routines of a new household. She gets along well with our own IG, has had no accidents in the house and walks well on leash.<br/>Like a lot of IG's, Tula was not born with great dental enamel. Her teeth will need regular cleaning, we just completed her dental and she lost 3 teeth. She also has alopecia- hereditary hair loss that makes her very short on hair over much of her body but Tula doesn't mind at all!
