This sweet low rider boy was sitting in an overcrowded shelter with a broken leg, running out of options. Thank you to fabulous shelter staff and volunteers for taking care of and advocating for him. Tugger found an express ride to Dogwood and the first thing he did when he arrived, was to have the best roll in the grass any pup could hope for. He's politely met people, dogs and cats, and is all around just a sweet boy. He's currently on crate rest until we can get him seen for an orthopedic consultation, but we'll get him fixed up and ready for his forever home.<br/><br/>Tugger is around 3 years old and weighs 38 pounds. A low rider Pitty mix, what could be cuter!? He will be ready to go home after vetting and medical clearance.
