Tugboat's Story

Our little Tugboat is small, but mighty - and is all ready to work and play hard. He's smart and knows commands and is housebroken. His previous owner didn't understand what a smart and active little guy he would be and didn't have the ability to commit to his needs though they adored him. <br/>He's going to be a great pet in the right home! <br/>The owner was experiencing some reactivity with other dogs, from what we've experienced we believe he has potential with other dogs, but meets would be required.
