Tug

Ahoy, Colorado! Meet Tug, an adorable 2.5 month old puppy who is ready to find her way into someone’s heart! Tug and her littermates came to us all the way from our friends at Underdog Rescue and Rehab in Moab, Utah and this little girl is excited to discover all the wonderful things life in Colorado has to offer. Like her siblings, Tug is a “Rez Dog” mystery mutt, though our best guess is that she may have some German Shepherd and possibly Australian Cattle Dog in her family tree!

Tug is the shyest of her litter, but beneath that timid exterior is a sweet girl with so much love waiting to bloom. She may need a little extra time and patience as she gets comfortable in a new environment, but with a kind human by her side, we think she’ll make wonderful progress and build a special bond with her very own person. Watching a shy puppy gain confidence and discover the joys of the world can be such a rewarding experience, and Tug is looking for someone who will give her the chance to shine.

Like all puppies, Tug will need continued socialization, gentle guidance, positive reinforcement based training, and plenty of playtime and enrichment as she grows. With a loving family to help her find her footing, this little tugboat is ready to set sail toward a lifetime of love!
