This is not an easy decision, and we’re committed to finding the right fit for him.<br/><br/>Tucker weighs about 45 lbs, is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and in excellent health with no medical issues or medications. He has a light-shedding coat and has been very easy to maintain.<br/><br/>He’s incredibly smart and eager to please—he knows several fun tricks including speak, shake, sit, roll over, and “bang” (play dead), which always gets a smile.<br/><br/>Tucker’s personality is truly special—he’s submissive, gentle, and playful. He absolutely loves being outside, going on walks, and playing chase with his favorite toy (though fetch isn’t really his thing 😊). He’s great with kids and other dogs, making him a wonderful family companion.<br/><br/>He’s also very well-mannered:<br/><br/>Fully potty trained (no accidents since puppyhood)<br/>Not bothered by fireworks or thunderstorms<br/>Will alert you if someone is at the door—your built-in little watchdog<br/><br/>Tucker is used to having free roam of the home and does very well when left alone. Canine Soulmates Rescue's Adoption Policy
The first step in our adoption process is to fill out a Pre Adoption form on our website: www.caninesoulmates.org We will then contact your current Veterinarian for a reference, then contact you to schedule a home visit. After a successful Home visit we will schedule a 1 week trial to make sure the dog is a good fit for your family. After a successful 1 week trial, you will finalize the adoption contract and begin your life with your new Canine Soulmate!
